Here are the last few pictures from my vacation in Dubai.
On the last day we went to see the highest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa.
From above we had an amazing view of the city and the surroundings, we could even see some of the countries from the World island project.
It's not only the city which has a lot to offer, there are also so many different kitchen representative
I have tried this week so many different kind of food and must say I just love it!

While I'm writing this back home and looking at all the pictures I'm missing Dubai already...

TRAVEL | Night Out In Dubai

Spending our last night here in Dubai, within a few hours I'll be at the airport for my flight back to the Netherlands.

This was such an amazing vacation, just what I needed!

Last night we went out in town and it was SUPER nice.

We had the best view ever at the 360° Bar, harbor and sea view on one side and on the other side the city.

Happy hour made me drink a lot of Mojito's and the only man in our company was knock down after a drink or two.

See you back in Holland, hopefully with a lot of sun...

Another beautiful day here in Dubai.
This morning we drove through Dubai to see all the highlights this city has to offer.
Everything, and I really mean everything is possible here in Dubai.
They really know how to build a city in just a few years!
The bigger the better...

And oh MY, times flies when you're having fun!
Just two days left, before I will be back home.
But first I need to see and do so much more things...

TRAVEL | Abu Dhabi Day Trip

We woke up early in the morning this week for a day trip to Abu Dhabi.

The capital city of the United Arabic Emirates.

The trip took us to the most beautiful mosque I have ever seen.

It was an huge white building and beautiful from both the inside as the outside.

Not only we have seen the biggest mosque we have also seen one of the two seven stars hotel in the world; The Emirates Palace.

The building has a traditional vibe and the design was just gorgeous.

Not to mention the whole area around it!

After this the tour guide took us too the beach area where we could see the skyline of Abu Dhabi.

The view was nice if you like high buildings and even more high buildings.

Reminds me of New York City somehow; one of my favorite city.

The sea was crystal clear with white sandbeach, a true paradise...

TRAVEL | Dubai Dessert Safari

Saturday very early in the morning I arrived in the beautiful dessert city of Dubai.

The weather is extremely hot and I really need to cool down at the swimming pool often.

But you won't hear me complain about it, HELLO bikini and shorts!

We have done so much already.

We made a trip to the dessert for dune and camel riding, watching the sunset from the sand dunes, henna tattooing and eating delicious local food.

The night ended with a belly and fire dance show.

EVENT | Diesel Press Day

I'm just back from a great evening with Diesel and the crew.

First I had the opportunity to see the new collection at their press office in Amsterdam.

This collection is inspired by the rock and roll vibe, with beautiful leather jackets. So chic and rough at the same time!

The next couple weeks you will see this collection hitting the stores, so don't miss it!

After the sneak peak in the showroom, Diesel took us to Boom Chicago for a show about the social networks.

And it was so much fun, very hilarious!

I laughed the whole night with some other fellow bloggers.

Diesel took very good care of us the whole evening, thank you so much for the fun night!

P.S. I have to pack my suitcase now, tomorrow after a morning at the spa I'm heading to the airport for my flight to Dubai!

I want summer, a real summer!

May and I went to Maasmechelen Village @ Belgium for the Beach Shop opening of Elizabeth Hurley on this lovely spring day
It's the one and only shop in the Benelux where her total swimwear collection is available.

Maasmechelen Village is an outlet shopping mall with many great brands with a lot of discount, sounds perfect right?

A great place to open a shop, just like she told us herself.

This small shopping village is near the three country point, between The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourgh and just around the corner of Germany.

After a couple hours on the road we finally arrived at our destination, just in time for the official opening by Elizabeth Hurley herself.

A beautiful woman with style and elegance and she seems really sweet.

She took the time to help every single shopper with their questions and for an style advice.

Right after lunch we had the chance to meet and ask Elizabeth all our fashion related questions during the bloggers Q&A, organized by Oona PR.

This afternoon the mailman rang my doorbell with a package from Asos.com.

Just got my new spring items delivered and one of them is this beautiful suede cropped top.

I couldn't resist to wear it immediately!

The combination of this top with a wide leg pants create a perfect seventies chic look.

And I just LOVE IT!

Spring is in the air and so is my mood for orange.

I'm enjoying the fullest of it, because you never know what tomorrow brings.

It's now even possible to walk outside without a coat on.

The fur vest will keep me warm for the cold breeze in the morning and evening.

Last sunday I went to Schiphol airport to say goodbye to my sisters.

Lieu and Mai are going to New York city for a few days, wish I could go with them to this amazing city.. but work is calling for me.

Last week in London I was looking for this orange shirt in every Zara store I could find, but with no luck.

Sold out everywhere...

This week Kamsing surprised me with a phone call from Amsterdam.

He told me that I could stop searching for orange, because he found the shirt in the Zara store in Amsterdam.

He managed to get the last piece in the whole store...

Amazing how he surprised me!

This morning I was looking outside my window and it seems like spring.

A beautiful blue sky and I couldn't spot any clouds in the air.

There was only one thing when I took a step outside, that makes me realize winter is not over yet.

Just back from a surprise getaway to London with Kamsing.
London is one of our favorite city in Europe.
We spend three days non-stop in the shopping streets, luckily Kamsing loves shopping as well.
It was also a non-stop delicious food parade for breakfast, lunch, dinner and some snacks in between...

LIFE | Throwing A Surprise Party For Him

I've thrown a surprise party for my boyfriend's 25th birthday!

A lot of preperation was needed but definitely worth it all, especially seeing his surprised face.

Surrounded by our family and friends we had a delicious dinner.

He will turn 25 for real this tuesday and I have another surprise for him...

It involves an airplane, a day or three away, just the two of us!

It was a great weekend full of fun with family and friends.

Cozy dinners and long nights out in town to party.

But duty calls as well, waking up 7am in the morning for work is way too early for a good weekend.

BUT I survived it and enjoyed the weekend the fullest.

Now I need a break for a day or two...
